1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BahuFX Elite Academy, you agree to comply with our institutional rules. Our Forex Trading mentorship, focusing on Smart Money Concepts (SMC) and ICT logic, is provided under the strict condition that you respect our digital infrastructure and community guidelines.
2. Intellectual Property (Anti-Piracy)
All educational materials, including SMC chart breakdowns, ICT video modules, and proprietary trading templates, are the exclusive property of Mentor Mr. Bahu. Unauthorized sharing, recording, or reselling of our Forex content will result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
3. Subscription & Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Forex Trading mentorship and the immediate delivery of Smart Money knowledge, we maintain a No-Refund Policy. Enrollment fees are for the transfer of knowledge and access to our private mentorship ecosystem.
4. Limitation of Liability
BahuFX and its lead mentor, Mr. Bahu, shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred in the Forex market. We provide the logic; the execution and risk management are the sole responsibility of the student. We are an educational academy, not a financial advisory firm or a Forex broker.
5. Account Security
Your student portal access is personal. Sharing your 6-digit access code or login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and will trigger an automatic security ban by our system.
